You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for your account activity and for maintaining account security.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, violate laws, or infringe the rights of others.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including features and pricing, as permitted by applicable law.

If paid plans exist, you agree to applicable fees, billing terms, taxes, and renewal conditions disclosed at purchase time.

The service and related content are owned by Medit8 or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display content solely to operate and improve the service.

The service may integrate with third-party providers (for example, identity or analytics). Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medit8 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of United States, excluding conflict of law rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
